YOUR TRUE AND ONLY LIVING
SOURCE OF STRENGTH
But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint. |
|
(Isaiah 40:31) |
Many times we get ahead of God Almighty's plan
for our lives and we end up frustrated , depressed and worn out! The Lord
Jesus Christ will not interfere in your life unless you allow Him to by waiting
and being directed by Him.
| Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own
understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your
paths. |
|
(Proverbs 3:5-6) |
Pride in a Christian's heart says I can live
my life on my own plans, strengths or wisdom. I am smarter then most people. I
have made my own plans and every one will look up to and admire me. Or God owes
me this because of every thing I have done for Him When that happens you have
cut off The Voice and Leading of The Lord Jesus Christ in your life. Their has
to be an expectancy in your heart for Him to lead and direct your life.
| Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself,
unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. I
am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him,
bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. |
|
(John 15:4-5) |
When you live your life in your own strength
or plans, then you are on your own destiny. When you wait on the Lord Jesus
Christ, He will lead and direct your life to an abundant, blessed life filled
with joy and victory in all you do!
| I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. |
|
(Philippians 4:13) |
| Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth! |
|
(Psalms 46:10) |
| BLESSED (HAPPY, fortunate, prosperous, and enviable) is the man who
walks and lives not in the counsel of the ungodly [following their advice,
their plans and purposes], nor stands [submissive and inactive] in the
path where sinners walk, nor sits down [to relax and rest] where the
scornful [and the mockers] gather. But his delight and desire are in
the law of the Lord, and on His law (the precepts, the instructions, the
teachings of God) he habitually meditates (ponders and studies) by day and
by night. [Rom 13:8-10; Gal 3:1; 2 Tim 3:16.] And he shall be like a
tree firmly planted [and tended] by the streams of water, ready to bring
forth its fruit in its season; its leaf also shall not fade or wither; and
everything he does shall prosper [and come to maturity]. [Jer 17:7,8.] |
